How to Use:
For Internal Use:
¼ to ½ teaspoon Jatamansi powder with warm water or milk at night.
For stress & sleep: mix with honey or warm milk.
For memory: can be used with Brahmi or Shankhpushpi.
For Hair:
Mix with Amla + Bhringraj + Brahmi + Shikakai for a herbal hair mask.
Leave 20–30 minutes before rinsing.
For Skin:
Mix with aloe gel, rose water, or multani mitti for a calming face pack.
Conditions NOT to Use / Avoid If:
Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension)
Jatamasi lowers BP; may cause dizziness or weakness.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid internal use unless prescribed—strong sedative nature.
Sedative Medications
Do not combine; can overly increase drowsiness.
Upcoming Surgery
Stop 2 weeks before surgery due to sedative effects.
Heavy Bleeding Disorders
May thin blood slightly in some individuals.
